The local obsession with speed is the #1 reason for car accidents. To raise awareness of the problem, INTOUCH - an insurance company - launched The First Marathon of Responsible Driving.
 
This was an endurance race, but it ran on horsepower. The challenge was not to be the fastest but to follow the speed limits.
